As the sole Scottish stockists and distributors for the Fensys range of UPVC products, we offer a wide array of deck boards and fencing systems. Additionally, we are fully trained installers of premium wood-free composite decking systems. These high-end solutions are frequently used for domestic installations, particularly when combined with our UPVC balustrade systems, providing a durable, low-maintenance, and visually stunning addition to any outdoor space.
Do you cater to both retail and trade customers?
Yes, we accept enquiries from both retail customers and trade partners. We can accommodate small individual installations as well as large-scale holiday park or commercial developments and extensions.
How do you handle site surveys and quotations?
Our fully trained survey team conducts comprehensive site surveys for every enquiry. They provide quotations based on customer requests and specifications, offering advice on layouts and colours to best suit your home or commercial project while adhering to your site rules and regulations regarding size and spacing from surrounding structures and roads.
What is your installation process?
Once our quotation is accepted by the customer and approved by the Park or commercial business, we allocate a week commencing installation date. We prefabricate our decks in our workshop, building frames in a modular format to reduce installation time on-site. Our decks are designed to be easily extended, altered, moved, and refitted as required, should the owner upgrade their unit or relocate to another pitch.
How long does the installation take?
Our average installation time for a holiday or leisure home is 1-2 days, ensuring minimal disruption to customers, parks, or neighbours. For larger commercial spaces, the installation duration varies depending on the project’s size and complexity. Are your products manufactured in the UK?
Yes, all our products are manufactured in the UK. We receive deliveries directly from the factory on a weekly basis, allowing us to react quickly to our customers’ requirements.
